By accessing or using Axon ("Signal Trade Copier", the "Service"), operated by CommandNet ("we", "us", "our") from Beirut, Lebanon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via email and on the dashboard.
Axon is a software-as-a-service tool that connects user-supplied Telegram channels to a user-supplied MetaTrader 5 (MT5) brokerage account. The Service:
Axon is not a broker, signal provider, or financial advisor. We do not select trades, guarantee outcomes, or hold customer funds. All capital remains in your brokerage account at all times.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in margin or leveraged trading in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
Each subscription tier permits a specified number of concurrent MT5 accounts (Basic: 1, Pro: 1, Elite: 2). Account sharing is prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly plans receive a 20% discount and are non-refundable. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
⚠ High-risk warning. Trading leveraged products such as forex, CFDs, futures, and cryptocurrencies carries a substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of your invested capital and, in some account types, may incur losses exceeding your initial deposit.
Axon executes trades on your behalf based on signals you choose to follow. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, signal-source selection, position sizing, and risk management. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon, CommandNet, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid us in that period.
Every connected signal source, including Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, and the Axon chat embed, is subject to per-source rate limits. As of this writing each source accepts a plan-dependent maximum per rolling 60 seconds, currently Basic 10, Pro 20, Elite 30 messages per minute; messages beyond the limit are rejected with an error rather than queued. We may adjust these limits to protect the service, and sustained abusive traffic may lead to throttling or suspension of the source or the account. Duplicate signals inside a short window are dropped by design to protect you from double execution.
You may not use Axon to:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut.
